Job Description
Support ServiceNow migration and develop integration utilities to support Event management products.
End to end accountable for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate IT solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
Responsible for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the pod activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly. Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the pod.
Accountable for the performance of the pod activities and maintaining performance in line with benchmark objectives (inc productivity, quality and effectiveness measures).
Responsibilities For Candidates:-
Work on Java Spring framework based Self Service Portal for Event Management enhancements to web interface and develop new capabilities along with API development.
Develop ServiceNow API based integration with other Event management and wider Service management products.
Support automation of manual tasks related to Event management products from Interlink ASI and BMC True Sight Operations Management(TSOM) to develop automation, API’s and drive self service.
To provide follow the sun support along with Level 3 production support on rotation.
