Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Effective communication is an essential requirement for the job, both written and verbal. They should also demonstrate familiarity with navigating websites and an understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites. Additionally, they should be able to learn in various media and adapt to changes in the work environment.

Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. They should be able to maintain focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment and possess conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills. They should also demonstrate ownership in resolving challenging customer issues and determining customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. Candidates should maintain regular and reliable attendance, including working weekends, holidays, and events, and working overtime as required by business needs, especially during peak seasons.

Candidates should have effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and prioritization of tasks. They should be able to approach problems logically and rationally, maintain composure in highly escalated situations, and multitask efficiently. Organizational skills and attention to detail are also necessary.

Qualifications Required

The minimum qualification required for the job is 10 + 2, and any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply. Candidates should be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
