We work with most fast moving & talent aware startups in India like Flipkart, PhonePe, Myntra, CRED, Cure.fit, Rupeek, Innovaccer, Apna, MPL, Grofers, Khatabook, Licious, Swiggy, Mind Tickle, SunTV etc .We work in the space of Functional, Performance & Automation – on platforms like Web, Mobile, Wearables & IoTs. Our expertise spans consumer centric industries such as Ecommerce, Payments & Wallets, Banking, Retail, Media, Healthcare and Lifestyle etc.

How does it work

• Once you have submitted the form, Our teams will shortlist the candidates based on different parameters. The shortlisted candidates will be reached out and multiple assessments will be conducted. The selected few will have an opportunity to be trained in Moolya for a time period of 6 Months. The candidate will be paid a stipend of INR 10,000 Per month. After the successful completion of 6 months, the candidate will be converted to a Full time role in Moolya at an initial salary package of INR 3,00,000 CTC.
• The entire journey from filling the form to completion of training will be remote. You can connect from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable & reliable Internet connection. Devices will be shipped to the selected folks at their home addresses in India.
• Know that Employability at Moolya is not dependent on your educational background. We are open to hiring folks who may not have a tech degree but are really confident about learning and succeeding in tech if they get an opportunity. The people from a tech background do have an obvious advantage and are encouraged to leverage this by performing well in the upcoming assessments.
