Job Description:
The Digital R&D Business Analyst plays a critical role in the digital programe, working across business teams to undertake key activities related to the business analysis, deployment, and day-to-day support of the various requirements. Some of these Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks are listed below but may evolve in accordance with the programming strategy.
Requirements
Degree in science / technology / engineering Experience in R&D, preferably with Packaging & Formulation or Product Design &/or deploy or a market facing technical role or worked in digital transformation programs.
Experience of working in a business analysis, customer support or training role Experience of business analysis tools (JIRA, DevOps) and methodologies Proven track record working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Proven track record in understanding and delivering to consumer or customer requirements Proven track record in working with 3rd parties and suppliers Broad technical understanding of R&D processes Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer)
