Job Description:
Your job as an Oracle Support team member is to help clients after they’ve made purchases. In addition to provide technical help for utilising our services, you will answer non-technical questions over the phone and online. As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll make sure their needs are satisfied and provide advice to internal Oracle employees who are addressing client concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Support Engineer, you will assist customers, OEMs, and VARs with any difficulties they may have with Oracle products.
You will mostly provide level one support via electronic means.
Your role is to ensure that consumers are satisfied and their problems are resolved.
Installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products will be among your responsibilities.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Technical debugging skills
A focus on customer service
Capacity to respond to non-technical questions
Knowledge of electronic assistance services
Required Education:
To apply for this job position an IT, computer science, or other related subject bachelor’s degree is required.
